Delivery and Returns

For delivery in time for Christmas, please order before 1 pm on Tuesday December 18th.
It is possible that any orders placed after this date may arrive before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered in time.
We recommend placing any Christmas orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on that day by either Hermes (large orders) or Royal Mail (small orders).
Orders received after 1pm on Fridays and over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please allows 2-5 working days for delivery.
When your item is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you used when placing your order.
If you require delivery to more than one address you will need to prepare a separate order for each address and each order will incur a delivery charge if applicable.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands have a flat rate of £12.50 up to 5kg.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
Deliveries to Northern Ireland have a flat rate of £9.95 per parcel up to 10kg. More remote areas have a 3-5 day service.
Deliveries made for the Republic of Ireland can only be made using a Parcel Motel service in Northen Ireland. Prices may vary, so please check the parcel motel for further information on this.
You may return unwanted goods within 14 working days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. Working days are Monday - Saturday and exclude Sundays and public holidays. Goods must be unused, in their original, saleable condition and with their original packaging and labelling. We will refund the original card you used to make your purchase on receipt of your returned goods. Exceptions to this policy are mattress protectors, pillows and duvets and wipe-clean cloths.
In person: to our stores. You will need your order confirmation or delivery note and we will refund the original payment card used.
By post: send your goods at your own expense to Shaws (Cardiff) Ltd Returns, Fountain Lane, Off Cypress Drive, St Mellons, Cardiff, CF3 0FB. We recommend recorded delivery as we cannot credit any items that we do not receive or which are damaged in the post.
In the event of your receiving faulty goods or goods damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 02920 837610 between 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 5pm on Friday to Saturdays. It will be quicker if you have your order number to hand.
Currently we do not offer Store Collection.
